Thank you for shopping at CharmsandGlitter.com! We want you to love what you ordered. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you will find a solution within our Return and Exchange policy. The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website, www.CharmsandGlitter.com, and does not pertain to any of our retail locations. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items bought from Charms and Glitter retail stores at this time.

Non-refundable Items: All sales Accessories and Jewelry, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Costumes, Bathing Suits and Sleepwear are considered Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

For all other items, to be eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, and must be accompanied with a copy of your return form within 7 days from the shipped date. Items returned after 7 days from shipping date will result in a 20% restocking fee.

Please allow 3-5 business days from when your return is received and processed for your refund to be credited to you account. You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number to ensure you return arrives to us safely. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

If item received is defective or different from items on your Original Invoice you may not be refunded. Please note that all defective items are subject to inspection.

All refused shipments will be charged a restocking fee of $6.95 S&H and is non-refundable.

Please be careful when inputting your delivery address. All incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages may result in a delay of delivery time.

You may return items for exchange or store credit to any of our Charms and Glitter retail locations, with the original CharmsandGlitter.com receipt. Refunds will be requested for in-store returns from online purchases, and returned through online processing soon after.

For Mail in Refunds:

Your package will include an order invoice.  Send an email to sales@charmsandglitter.com requesting a refund for your order and we will forward a prepaid return form for you to return your purchase.  Please make sure to include in the email the exact quantities and the reason for your return. Retain your original order invoice for your records.  All returns will be subject to a $5.00 return fee.

Return shipping is with USPS.  Please keep a copy of your tracking number.  You will need to receive and print the label and apply the label to the box.  Package can be given to a mailman, or dropped off at your local post office. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please note that the Return Label is pre-paid, therefore, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

In Store Returns:

You can bring your online purchase to any of our Charms and Glitter locations to exchange only. Only eligible products in an unworn condition will be accepted. To make an in store exchange, you must return the items within 7 days of receiving your order. Your original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange. If you do not have your original invoice, a copy can be printed from the My Account section using the username and password of the account used to purchase.
